Generally, all sales on CancelTips.com are considered final and non-refundable. We encourage you to review your order carefully before placing it to avoid any inconvenience later.

8.1 Exceptions

While we typically do not offer refunds, there are two exceptions to this rule:

a) Damaged Items: If the product you received is damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photographic evidence of the damage. Once we verify the damage, we will issue a replacement item at no additional cost to you.

b) Lost in Transit: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time and cannot be traced through the provided tracking number, it may be considered lost in transit. In this case, please reach out to us. After confirming with our courier, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible.

8.2 Process for Reporting Damaged or Lost Items
